About

George Carter had a dream. He loved trees but, he noticed that they were being cut down. That's when he decided to make STEN, a paper company that uses limestone and converts it to paper. Stone paper.

10,000 to 20,000 sheets are made from one tree. Stone paper hopes to slow deforestation with making paper out of limestone instead of wood.

But why switch to stone paper? Stone paper acts the same as wood paper, but it is rip-resistant and water-proof.

Trees go crazy.
